Acceptance. Please read these Terms carefully before using https://brooksexpeditedelivery.com. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Service Description. This Site describes Freight Forwarding, Delivery Services, Hauling Services, E-Commerce Shipping, Door to Door Shipping provided by Brooks Expedite Delivery. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Brooks Expedite Delivery or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Account Closure. Brooks Expedite Delivery reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
No Warranties. Brooks Expedite Delivery disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation. In no event will Brooks Expedite Delivery's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Brooks Expedite Delivery against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by CA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in CA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
